These terms govern your use of OunceNest, developed by Pedro Silva, operating as plainworks.
OunceNest is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's terms.
OunceNest is a milk stash inventory and reminder tool. You are responsible for entering accurate information and deciding how to use, store, donate, or discard milk.
OunceNest does not provide medical, lactation, nutrition, or safety advice. It does not replace guidance from a clinician, lactation consultant, milk bank, childcare provider, or applicable storage guidelines.
Expiry dates, use-next suggestions, and stash runway are estimates based on the data and rules you enter. You should verify important decisions before acting on them.
OunceNest offers a one-time lifetime unlock through Apple in-app purchase. Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's purchase terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every storage situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, plainworks shall not be liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, OunceNest.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Use of OunceNest is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal.
